How long does it take to sell?
Once an offer is signed, transfer through the attorneys usually takes two to three months. Getting to a signed offer depends on the price and the plan we set together.
Which certificates do I need before transfer?
You need an electrical certificate of compliance. If your home has a gas installation or an electric fence, those need certificates too. Ask me early, so nothing holds up transfer.
